Enjoy exclusive access to areas of the venue tailored to your group size. Each space will be set aside and clearly reserved for your guests.

BEER GARDEN EXCLUSIVE
The beer garden is reserved exclusively for your group, giving you your own dedicated space. Members of the
public do not use the area during your function.

RESERVED BAR AREA
The bar area can be reserved for your group, with planter boxes moved to create a designated function space
and signage used to identify the area as reserved.

EXCLUSIVE VENUE HIRE
This is the option if you are looking for the entire venue to be exclusively yours.
The venue is closed to the public for your event, giving your group exclusive use of the entire space.
Reserved Bar Area Note
Please note: this is not a fully private space.
The rest of the venue remains open to the public, and people will still need to walk through the area to collect
pizzas and access the bar.
Your group has a designated reserved area, but there will still be some public movement around it.
How The Minimum Spend Works
There is no venue hire fee.
The minimum spend is simply the total value of drinks purchased by your group during the event.
- A $500 deposit is required to secure your booking
- The deposit is deducted from your final bar spend
- All guest drink purchases count towards the minimum
- You can use a prepaid TAB, drinks package, guests purchasing their own drinks, or a combination
- Nothing else is paid upfront towards the bar minimum
If your group reaches the required minimum through drink purchases, there is no additional venue hire charge.

Looking for a smaller, more intimate space? Sumner Park is perfect for relaxed private celebrations, corporate gatherings, or milestone events.

The Gin Lounge or bar area can be reserved for your group once the minimum spend is reached.

Full Venue Hire – Exclusive Use
The entire venue can be booked exclusively for your group once the minimum spend is reached.

Catering
There is no onsite kitchen at Sumner Park.
You may:
- Self-cater with full use of the coldroom. Cakes can also be stored.
- Arrange catering from Yeastie Boys, with delivery to the venue
All catering must be pre-paid and finalised prior to your event.
If self-catering, you will need to provide your own plates, platters and serviettes. There are no heating facilities onsite.
Entertainment & Music
You are welcome to provide your own entertainment, subject to venue approval. The Sumner Park venue has access to the Sonos system.

The Fine Print
BOOKING TERMS (Both Venues)
• Deposit: a deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking
• Exclusive Use of the venue is guaranteed only when minimum spends are met.
• Tabs can be prepaid or paid on the night.
• Final Guest Numbers must be confirmed at least 5 days before your event.
• Catering Orders If using Yeastie Boys, must be finalized at least 5 days prior
• Venue allocation may be adjusted if numbers fall below minimums or due to unforeseen circumstances.
ENTERTAINMENT & MUSIC
• You may provide your own entertainment (DJ, acoustic set, playlist), subject to venue approval.
• Access to speakers:
o White Lies 2: Sonos, TV, microphone available
o Sumner Park: Sonos system available
FOOD & CAKE POLICY
o White Lies 2: No outside food, except cakes or dietary-specific items (notify Yeastie Boys).
o Sumner Park: Guests may bring snacks, platters, cakes, etc., and use the cold room. Self-catering requires your own plates, platters, and serviettes. Yeastie Boys can deliver catering. No heating facilities onsite.
• Cakes can be stored in the cold room at both venues.
ADDITIONAL T&Cs
Alcohol Consumption
• All alcohol-consuming guests must be 18+ with valid ID.
• All guests must comply with Queensland liquor laws and responsible service of alcohol requirements
• Intoxicated guests will be refused service and may be asked to leave.
Under-18 Guests
• Under-18 guests are welcome when supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Decorations
• Balloons, banners, and table décor are welcome.
• No sparklers, glitter, table scatters, confetti, or streamers.
• Decorations must not block exit signs or security cameras.
• Set-up times can be arranged in advance.
Cleaning & Damage
The venue must be left in a reasonable condition following your event.
Excessive cleaning may incur an additional cleaning fee.
Any damage caused by the booking party or their guests is the responsibility of the booking party
Security
• White Lies Brewing reserves the right to require security for an event where deemed necessary
Smoking Policy
• There is no designated smoking area at White Lies Brewing 2
CANCELLATION POLICY
• More than 7 days notice: Full refund of deposit.
• Within 7 days: Deposit forfeited.
• If White Lies Brewing cancels, your deposit will be refunded in full.
