The Fine Print

BOOKING TERMS (Both Venues)

• Deposit: a deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking
• Exclusive Use of the venue is guaranteed only when minimum spends are met.
• Tabs can be prepaid or paid on the night.
• Final Guest Numbers must be confirmed at least 5 days before your event.
• Catering Orders If using Yeastie Boys, must be finalized at least 5 days prior
• Venue allocation may be adjusted if numbers fall below minimums or due to unforeseen circumstances.

ENTERTAINMENT & MUSIC
• You may provide your own entertainment (DJ, acoustic set, playlist), subject to venue approval.
• Access to speakers:
o White Lies 2: Sonos, TV, microphone included
o Sumner Park: Sonos system included

FOOD & CAKE POLICY
o White Lies 2: No outside food, except cakes or dietary-specific items (notify Yeastie Boys).
o Sumner Park: Guests may bring snacks, platters, cakes, etc., and use the cold room. Self-catering requires your own plates, platters, and serviettes. Yeastie Boys can deliver catering. No heating facilities onsite.
• Cakes can be stored in the cold room at both venues.

ADDITIONAL T&Cs

Alcohol Consumption
• All alcohol-consuming guests must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Comply with the Liquor Act & RSA.
• Intoxicated guests will be refused service and may be asked to leave.
Under-18 Guests
• Welcome when supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Decorations
• Balloons, banners, and table décor are welcome.
• No sparklers, glitter, table scatters, confetti, or streamers.
• Do not block exit signs or security cameras.
• Set-up times can be arranged in advance.
Cleaning & Damage
• Excessive cleaning may incur a fee.
• Damages are the responsibility of the booking party.
Security
• The venue may require security at our discretion.
Smoking Policy
• No designated smoking area at either venue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• More than 7 days notice: Full refund of deposit.
• Within 7 days: Deposit forfeited.
• If White Lies Brewing cancels, all deposits refunded in full.
