Our single batch, double distilled Wasabi gin is distilled in small batches and unfiltered to retain its full undiluted flavour. May become cloudy at colder temperatures.

This started out a a crazy idea from Lee and perfected by Sean. This can’t work, it should not work, oh my it works! Earthy notes dominate the nose with the distinctive wasabi aroma front and centre. Distilled with fresh wasabi root, the gin packs the quintessential wasabi punch that refreshes the palate but does not overwhelm the senses
